• When you arrive at the field please wait for the previous customer to leave the site, as some dogs may be nervous or aggressive towards other dogs
  • Dogs must remain on a lead until safely in the field and the gate is secured
  • All dog excrement MUST be picked up and placed in the waste bins provided, which are solely for this purpose. Failure to clear up after your dog may see you unable to book future sessions
  • Please take all your litter home
  • Do not leave your dog unattended at any time
  • All dogs must be wormed and fully vaccinated
  • If you need to amend or cancel your booking please provide at least 48 hours notice to receive a refund. Whilst we try to accommodate changes, this can only be done during offices hours 8:30-14:30, Monday to Friday
  • Please be punctual as there is no extension at the end of your session. Please leave on time out of respect for the next customer
